Welcome to Fair Winds Alpacas! We are August Anema and Bonnie Potter, the proud owners of the ranch we spent many working years dreaming of owning in retirement. We are located in Auburn, California, just East of Sacramento, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Like so many other alpaca owners, we decided to raise alpacas when we were looking for a business that would supplement our retirement income and allow us to work together on our beautiful small acreage in Northern California.
